Senior Processing Engineer – Cold Forming | Global Automotive Manufacturing

DirectPath Recruiting Services is partnering with a global automotive manufacturer seeking a Senior Processing Engineer with strong expertise in Cold Forming and metal forming operations.

This is a highly visible engineering leadership role supporting global manufacturing facilities while driving process innovation, tooling design, capital equipment projects, and operational improvements across multiple plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cold forming process engineering initiatives across multiple facilities

• Drive manufacturing process improvements, tooling optimization, and best practices

• Manage capital equipment projects from concept through startup and runoff

• Support product launches, process capability analysis, and capacity planning

• Partner closely with plant leadership to improve operational performance

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing DMAIC, 8D, SPC, and data-driven problem solving
