Process Engineer – Powder Manufacturing!

UP TO $130,000.

Turn chemistry into production.

We're looking for a Chemical Engineer with manufacturing experience to improve and develop processes for the large-scale production of ceramic and inorganic materials.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  • Improve yield, efficiency, quality, and process capability.
  • Analyze production data and use SPC/statistical methods to identify improvements.
  • Develop process plans, specifications, equipment settings, and production documentation.
  • Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and help identify process and equipment upgrades.
  • Support new product launches and the transition from development to production.
  • Assist with corrective actions, process testing, and ISO 9001 documentation.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Ceramics, or related field.
  • Experience in chemical, ceramic, inorganic materials, or process manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of process improvement, statistical analysis, and manufacturing operations.
