Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Texas Market operations in Dallas/Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will specialize in permitting, compliance, and operational coordination, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Permitting & Regulatory Compliance
• Submit and track "One Call" notifications (e.g., Texas 811) to request utility locates for excavation projects.
• Secure permits for job sites, ensuring adherence to Dallas/Fort Worth and Texas regulations.
• Assist in preparing and submitting traffic control plans to local authorities.
2. Field Ticket & Revenue Support
• Review daily field tickets for accuracy, verifying pricing and cross-referencing employee hours with GPS logs.
• Assist with creation of field tickets for dispatch in Fieldpoint (experience with this software is a plus)
• Maintain daily/weekly revenue trackers (training provided for company-specific tools).
3. General Administrative Duties
• Address ad-hoc administrative tasks such as document organization, data entry, and report generation.
• Serve as a liaison between field teams, permitting agencies, and internal departments.
Requirements
Experience:
• 2+ years in administrative roles, preferably in construction, utilities, or field operations.
• Familiarity with Texas 811, permitting processes, or regulatory compliance is a strong plus.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret GPS logs and field tickets.
