Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources is required. 
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
  • New hire preparation and processing within the human resources information system.
  • Accurate and timely file maintenance, I-9's, background checks, and drug testing.
  • Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Reviews third party payroll software for errors and inconsistencies, including new hire preparation and processing.
  • Assist employees with third party software self-service questions and/or issues.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and timely filed personnel records in accordance with data storage policies.
  • Assist with writing and maintaining accurate job descriptions for active job titles/positions within the agency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
