Process Assistant Position
Moody's Collision Centers is currently seeking a Process Assistant to join our Augusta location. As a Process Assistant, this individual will be responsible for supporting our Estimators, Technicians, and Customer Service Representative with a variety of tasks. The ability to multitask in a fast- paced setting and work with minimal direction is pertinent, as is the ability to excel while working in a team environment. The right candidate will have a strong attention to detail and convey a positive attitude while working alongside co-workers and vendors.
Job Skills

  • Possess solid communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office/ Outlook
  • Automotive knowledge- prior employment in the automotive industry is a plus
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist Estimators and Production Team with research and supporting documentation on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems & repair processes
  • Setting up shop load ADAS calibrations with vendors
  • Arrange tows and help with sublet facilitation
  • Make sure necessary files have been scanned into Repair Packages
  • Assist team with Crimp Tool documentation & materials invoicing
  • Help Estimators by facilitating Total Losses
  • Support the Parts Expeditor and fill in as needed
  • Provides a stepping stone to learning the estimator/ account manager role
