What You'll Be Doing
  • Monitor and operate cement manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
  • Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance on plant systems
  • Support material handling processes, including conveying, blending, and storage
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and report operational issues promptly
  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous safety improvement

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and adjust industrial equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

Conditions of Employment
