What This Role Is All About As a Cultivation Manufacturing Technician, you are a key part of the post-harvest and manufacturing process. You support the preparation, processing, and packaging of cannabis products while maintaining quality, consistency, and compliance. Your goal is to ensure all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient production workflows.

What You Will Be Doing Supporting Manufacturing and Processing Assist with trimming, processing, and preparing cannabis products. Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks. Ensure product quality meets company standards.

Maintaining Clean and Compliant Work Spaces Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment regularly. Follow all state compliance requirements and internal SOPs. Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Supporting Packaging and Product Preparation Assist with weighing, packaging, and labeling products. Ensure accuracy in weights, counts, and product details. Prepare products for distribution according to guidelines.

Supporting Inventory and Accuracy Track product movement and update systems as needed. Assist with counts and ensure accuracy in reporting Follow processes to maintain compliance with state systems.

Being a Strong Teammate Maintain a positive and respectful environment. Step in where needed and support the team. Help create a workplace people enjoy being part of.

Total Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay $21.00 per hour Approximately 40 hours per week
