Join Our Team as an Inventory Lead
Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Lead at Point Management! This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our inventory operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly supports operational excellence and business success. As the Inventory Lead, you'll oversee the complete inventory process, ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency across multiple departments.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE AN INVENTORY LEADAs the Inventory Lead at Point Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management for the organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for inventory-related processes and requires a high level of ownership, organization, and accountability.
Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring inventory levels, performing routine cycle counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are properly received, transferred, and accounted for throughout the organization. You'll work closely with departments including purchasing, operations, retail, cultivation, manufacturing, and accounting to ensure inventory accuracy and support business needs.
You will utilize inventory management systems to track inventory movement, generate reports, analyze trends, investigate variances, and identify opportunities to improve inventory controls and operational efficiency. Success in this role requires the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, solve problems proactively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail while working independently.
WOULD YOU BE A GREAT INVENTORY LEAD?To be successful as an Inventory Lead at Point Management, you should possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a strong commitment to accuracy. You are self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of inventory processes from start to finish.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll regularly partner with multiple departments to resolve inventory concerns and maintain operational alignment. You should be comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends, troubleshooting discrepancies, and implementing process improvements.
Ideal candidates have experience with inventory management systems, are proficient with Microsoft Excel and other computer applications, and can manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. A continuous improvement mindset, integrity, and the ability to work independently are key qualities that will help you excel in this position.
