What You'll Do

As a Service Technician Trainee, you'll learn how to build strong customer relationships while maintaining and servicing commercial dishwashing equipment. Every day offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to develop valuable technical and customer service skills.

You'll learn to:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service during scheduled service visits
  • Maintain and service commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
  • Deliver products and manage inventory at customer locations
  • Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
  • Manage your daily route and work independently after training
