Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
TH Plastics, Inc., is a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio molding division. This position is responsible for setting up and maintaining the injection molding process along with supervising hourly operators.

SCHEDULE:
  • 3rd Shift (11:30pm-7:50am)
  • Sunday - Thursday
  • 2nd Shift (3:30pm-11:50pm)
  • Monday - Friday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving with injection molding
  • 2+ years of experience in injection molding as a process tech or similar position preferred
  • Forklift and Overhead crane experience preferred

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists the Shift Superintendent in all phases of production
  • Assist with startups and troubleshooting of machines
  • Optimize molding and robot conditions
  • Completes shift reports, mold setting check list, and post production schedules
  • Load programs per training and work instructions and record any issues
  • Fill out work orders and deliver them to the appropriate area.
  • Regular on-site attendance
