Job Summary:
Process Technology is a global leader in designing and manufacturing cutting edge thermal and power conversion equipment. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading AI initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations while driving project success and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
โข Define AI project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business strategy
โข Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans
โข Lead AI initiatives from concept through deployment, stabilization, and post-implementation review
โข Track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
โข Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, software developers, business analysts, domain experts and third party consulting teams
โข Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating AI concepts into business-ready language
โข Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across IT, operations, HR, legal, and leadership teams
โข Partner with AI and data teams to guide solution design, data requirements, and model implementation
โข Oversee AI model development, testing, validation, and deployment activities
โข Ensure AI systems meet performance expectations and business use-case requirements
โข Identify, assess, and manage risks related to data quality, project scope, security, model bias, and ethical AI use
โข Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, internal AI governance standards, and quality controls
โข Maintain documentation required for auditability, transparency, and regulatory readiness
โข Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and status reporting to executive and business stakeholders
โข Manage change readiness by coordinating communications, training, and adoption planning
โข Support users and leaders through AI adoption to ensure solutions are understood, trusted, and effectively used
โข Define and track KPIs to measure AI project outcomes, ROI, and operational impact
โข Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and improvement opportunities
โข Contribute to the development of AI project standards, templates, and best practices across the organization

Qualifications:
Required:
โข High school graduate or GED equivalent required
โข Legal authorization to work in the United States
โข Excellent oral and written communication skills
โข Cross functional knowledge of how other departments function and are tied to the other departments
โข Self-starter - take an idea and run with it
โข Big picture concepts
โข Ability to drive to results
โข Must be detail oriented
