The Opportunity
Process Technology is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant supporting the President & CEO to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, initiative, discretion, and organizational skills.
What You Will Do
  • Executive Partnership: Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively support key priorities.
  • Calendar & Priority Management: Manage a complex executive calendar and competing priorities.
  • Communication Management: Draft and coordinate executive correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Travel & Expense Administration: Coordinate domestic and international travel and expense reporting.
  • Project & Workflow Management: Track key initiatives, deadlines, and action items.
  • Confidential Information Management: Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams.
  • Takes ownership, works independently, and consistently follows through with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Responds quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effectively manages multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions.
  • Thinks critically, identifies solutions, and takes initiative.
  • Establishes trust and credibility across the organization.
  • Remains effective and composed under pressure.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Current notary license or ability to obtain one upon hire.

Travel
We value in-person connections. This role is onsite in our Headquarters in Willoughby, OH. Occasional travel (under 10%) may be required.
