Volt is immediately hiring a Process Engineer in Fremont, CA.
As a Process Engineer, you will:
Work during all stages of the manufacturing process. These engineers can be designing innovative processes and equipment for a new facility or they can be involved in the modification and optimization of equipment and processes that are already in place.
  • Research and development of new equipment
  • Assisting Process Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problem
  • Data collection, interpretation and report in writing
  • Installation of new equipment
  • Presentation of data and report to management and customer
  • Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:10pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline required
  • 2+ years in production or process engineering
  • Proven work experience in process engineering
  • Familiarity with Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • CAD or AutoCad skills
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Experience in process simulations
  • Knowledge of process related standards

Pay rate: $38.00- $45.00 per hour
