Summary/Objective

The Project Manager-Architect is responsible for leading, managing and overseeing architectural project(s) including remodels, on a day-to-day basis from design/conception to design development, construction drawings, construction administration and closeout.

Responsibilities
  • Plans, designs and manages substantial new construction, renovation and improvement projects.
  • Presents projects for design approval to management.
  • Direct preparation of Revit design/construction documents and layouts for the development of drawings by others and review completed drawings for technical adequacy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with project team members integrating elements with architecture and other engineering systems to meet design schedules.
  • Complete projects within budget while meeting company expectations.
  • Ensure deliverables meet set milestones and quality standards.
  • Represent the company in client facing situations.
  • Develop and establish project definition.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, budgets, scopes and schedules for projects.
  • Establish a project team including organizational structure, work breakdown structure, and communication plan.
  • Manage design, permitting and regulatory agency coordination.
  • Resolve project related conflicts.
  • Oversee QA/QC process and RFI process.
  • Project file maintenance and project closeout process.
  • Develops brand expression through Architecture and signage design.
