Position Summary
Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assists project managers throughout all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Uses appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Communicates project schedules, changes, and budgets to stakeholders.
  • Coordinates project meetings to align stakeholders to methods and goals and track project tasks.
  • Supports business partners in completing and processing project submittals.
  • Monitors and tracks task completion statuses, identifies at-risk project tasks, and develops mitigation plans to keep project deliverables on schedule.
  • Maintains and organizes project documentation and aids.
  • Reviews and verifies the quality of work being performed meets contract specifications and the organization's guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
