Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead telecommunications construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience managing telecom infrastructure or utility construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and quality concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, change orders, and cost tracking.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Review contracts, scopes of work, permits, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Foster strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications construction, utility construction, or infrastructure projects.
