Job Description
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in analytical data review, quality systems, and regulatory compliance (FDA and related standards), along with a proven ability to drive operational efficiency. The technical expertise required for this role is centered on interpreting data, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance within regulated environments. This individual will leverage insights from testing results, audits, and operational metrics to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure adherence to established quality and regulatory standards This position requires close, day-to-day collaboration with the customer, internal delivery teams, laboratory/testing partners, and external vendors, and includes direct management of a small onsite program team.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream programs for a single onsite retail customer.
  • Act as the onsite program lead and primary interface for all program activities, risks, and issues.
  • Provide program leadership and governance, including defining controls, decision-making frameworks, and escalation paths.
  • Plan, execute, and manage the program lifecycle, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Partner closely with business, technology, and operations teams to align program execution with customer goals.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to both customer and internal leadership.
  • Coordinate dependencies across projects, teams, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Serve as a thought leader, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation, modernization, or improved ways of working.
  • Support organizational change management, driving adoption and sustained outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including code of conduct, physical security, and information security requirements.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
  • Provide direct people management for a small onsite team including onboarding, performance management, coaching, and professional development.
  • Set clear expectations and priorities for direct reports, ensuring alignment with program goals and customer commitments.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-engagement team culture focused on accountability, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Proven program management leadership across complex initiatives.
  • Strong technical and analytical acumen focused on data interpretation, quality metrics, and compliance reporting.
  • Experience in regulated environments (FDA, CPG, food, drug, cosmetics).
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes and laboratory/testing workflows.
  • Ability to analyze testing data, audit findings, and operational metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Risk and issue management in compliance-driven environments.

Experience
  • 10+ years managing complex programs.
  • Experience in consumer product goods, retail, or regulated environments preferred.
  • Experience with quality assurance, product testing, or compliance programs.
  • Experience working with analytical data sets, lab results, or audit reports.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and inspection processes.
  • Experience in FDA-regulated industries strongly preferred.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications preferred but not required with relevant delivery experience.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), Holidays (9 days), Personal days (3 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
