Position Summary - The Finance Process Manager plays a key role in the companys finance transformation initiative, driving the standardization, optimization, and governance of end-to-end financial processes enabled by SAP S/4HANA.
- This role is responsible for documenting, analyzing, and improving global finance processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with the companys future-state operating model, internal controls, and SAP S/4HANA system capabilities. The Process Manager works closely with Global Process Owners, IT, Shared Services, and business finance teams to ensure processes are standardized, scalable, and efficiently executed.
- The position is critical to establishing sustainable process governance and enabling continuous improvement across the finance organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Standardization & Design - Lead the documentation and standardization of end-to-end finance processes across the enterprise.
- Define global standard process models aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Develop process maps, RACI models, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify process variation across regions and drive alignment to global standards.
Finance Transformation Support - Support the companys finance transformation roadmap and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Partner with Global Process Owners to define the future-state finance operating model.
- Translate business requirements into process and system design inputs.
- Participate in SAP design workshops and solution validation sessions.
Process Governance - Support the establishment of a process governance framework for finance.
- Maintain global process documentation, policies, and standards.
- Monitor adherence to standardized processes across business units.
- Facilitate cross-functional process reviews and improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement - Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Use process metrics, data analytics, and process mining tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize finance processes.
- Support implementation of RPA, workflow automation, and digital tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with:
- Global Process Owners (GPOs)
- Regional finance leaders
- Shared Services organizations
- IT / SAP teams
- Internal audit and compliance teams
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on standardized processes.
Documentation & Training - Develop and maintain:
- Global process documentation
- Process maps and models
- Training materials and user guides
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
Salary Range-$100,000-$150,000 a year
