Job Summary:
The Process Technician will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by performing various technical tasks related to process monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
  • Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, and equipment.
  • Collect and analyze process data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of manufacturing and testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of process parameters, maintenance activities, and product quality.
  • Provide training and support to production operators as needed.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Job Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment, preferably in a process technician role.
