What you’ll tackle
  • Set molds and complete machine startups to standard
  • Pinpoint root causes quickly; reduce scrap and cycle-to-cycle variation
  • Keep presses running—maximize uptime and eliminate downtime
  • Program/adjust robotics (3-axis a plus) for safe, efficient part handling
  • Support rapid mold changes to improve throughput
  • Jump on quality/production escalations in real time
  • Maintain process documentation and standard work
  • Train and support operators; keep the work area safe and organized
Do you have...
  • Hands-on experience setting molds and running injection molding processes?
  • A solid grasp of resins and processing fundamentals?
  • 2+ years in injection molding (preferred)?
  • Mechanical aptitude and a talent for troubleshooting?
  • Experience with 3-axis robotics/programming (nice to have)?
  • A learning mindset and adaptability to evolving technology?
