We're seeking a highly skilled D365 F&O Application Support & Development Specialist to help drive the evolution of our enterprise technology platform. This role combines application support, solution architecture, integration development, and business process optimization within one of Microsoft's most powerful ERP ecosystems.

You'll partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations leaders to design, build, and support scalable business solutions that directly impact organizational growth and efficiency.

What You'll Do:
Solution Development & Engineering
  • Design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, integrations, and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Build scalable integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST APIs, and third-party platforms.
  • Develop and optimize data entities, workflows, batch processes, and automation solutions.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and promote development best practices across the D365 ecosystem.
Application Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Serve as a technical expert for D365 F&O, providing advanced application support and troubleshooting.
  • Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Support platform upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities through Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
Business Partnership & Innovation
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Support business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and related functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend innovative uses of Microsoft technologies to increase business value.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
  • Support data migration, governance, and master data management activities using the Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Help establish reliable, scalable data solutions that enable informed business decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience supporting and developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong technical expertise with X++, extensions, forms, classes, tables, workflows, security, and D365 development frameworks.
  • Experience supporting one or more functional areas including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, or Project Operations.
  • Experience developing integrations using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Data Entities.
  • Knowledge of Data Management Framework (DMF), Electronic Reporting (ER), and batch processing.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, release management, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications.
  • Experience managing and supporting multi-company, multi-entity D365 F&O environments.
  • Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), performance tuning, and environment management.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform solutions integrated with D365 F&O.
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Experience integrating D365 Customer Engagement (CE) with D365 F&O.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams and enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud integration patterns, and Microsoft business applications.
