Manager, Process Manager - Consumer Behavior Analytics
About the Team

Marketing and product innovation are the engines of growth at Capital One. To exceed rising customer expectations for personalized, seamless, and delightful interactions, we require a robust, unified, and accurate data foundation. The Consumer Behavior Analytics (CBA) team-situated within Enterprise's Data, Assistance & AI (DA&AI)-plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining this foundation.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Manager, Process Management to oversee OneTag onboarding, L2 process management and drive optimization and automation across the CBA team. In this role, you will lead OneTag onboardings, maintain rigorous data quality standards, and transition manual workflows into scalable, automated solutions. Operating comfortably in ambiguous situations, you will build strong partnerships across CBA Product and Tech teams to ensure a well-managed platform and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • OneTag Onboarding: Manage intakes and support LOB onboardings to OneTag platform. Partner with the product team to drive onboarding process and UI enhancements.

  • Strategic Tag Stewardship: Onboard tag stewards, define clear roles, and build strategies to turn stewardship into an active control for feature owners.

  • Data Quality & Observability: Partner with product team to drive scaled data quality remediations across hundreds of teams at Capital One. Implement ongoing preventative and detective controls to ensure data integrity.

  • Process Optimization & Automation: Transition manual workflows to scalable, automated structures (e.g., automated intake, lineage, AI-driven health surveys).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

  • At least 4 years of process or project management experience

  • At least 1 year of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management certification or Project Management Certification

  • 5+ years of experience in Process management

  • 5+ years of experience in Project management

  • 2+ years of experience in People management

  • 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

New York, NY: $146,600 - $167,300 for Manager, Process Management


McLean, VA: $134,400 - $153,300 for Manager, Process Management


Riverwoods, IL: $122,100 - $139,400 for Manager, Process Management


San Francisco, CA: $146,600 - $167,300 for Manager, Process Management







Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
