Job description


The Senior Manager, Business Process Development will play a crucial role in enhancing our supply chain operations by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable improvements. They will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align process enhancements with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and order fulfillment processes, as well as experience with ERP systems and data visualization platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze current supply chain planning & supply chain execution processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
    • Help design and implement scalable process enhancements using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Sales, PLM, Order Management, Demand Management, Supply Management, Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Shipping) to align process improvements with business goals.
  • Systems & Data Management
    • Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT for supply chain systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle ASCP, Reporting).
    • Support or manage projects, testing, and deployment for new features or enhancements.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across planning and execution systems.
  • Project Management
    • Lead or support supply chain-related projects, including system upgrades, process redesigns, and automation initiatives.
    • Document business requirements, process flows, and training materials.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business process or systems analyst role within supply chain or operations.

Preferred Experience:
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain planning, replenishment planning, inventory optimization and order promising processes.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Collaboration
  • Understanding of capacity planning
  • Strong understanding of procurement, receiving & warehouse, manufacturing and order fulfilment processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines).
