POSITION SUMMARY
Flexcon is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Optimization Manager with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across IT, Operations, Finance, and business units to align systems and data standards, reduce data discrepancies, and support reliable project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in PMP (Project Management Professional) methodologies, project management best practices, and governance frameworks to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

The Business Process Optimization Manager is responsible for leading strategic and operational initiatives within a manufacturing environment, leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to improve process integration, efficiency, and data accuracy.
This role leads initiatives across core business processes, ensuring strong alignment between operational needs and Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, including PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and root cause analysis tools such as value stream mapping, 5 Whys, and Fishbone analysis.
This position partners across multiple functional teams to advance operational excellence, strengthen data governance, and drive process optimization.
  1. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • 5-8 (five-eight) years of experience indata management
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
  • Bachelor's degree (IT, Business Management or related)
  • Extensive experience in managing projects with third parties (team management, project cost, resources and timeline management, weekly meetings, project leadership reporting).
  • Must have been involved with coordinating integration testing and creating test scenarios.
  • Implementation experience includes business requirement analysis, and gap analysis.
  • Ability, availability to travel, as dictated by business needs. Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and appropriate travel documentation (including, but not limited to, passport).
  • Strong communication skills in the English language (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal)

Preferred Education, Experience and Knowledge:
  • Understanding of manufacturing and business processes.
  • PMI certified
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Certified
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar.

  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs aligned with strategic goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and IT
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and budget
  • Manage projects across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP process areas
  • Ensure end-to-end integration and data consistency across modules
  • Partner with Oracle Fusion Cloud functional and technical teams to optimize system usage

Manufacturing & Operational Alignment
  • Aligning Oracle Fusion Cloud processes with manufacturing workflows (laminating, finishing, packaging)
  • Improve production planning, scheduling, and inventory accuracy
  • Drive cost efficiency and operational visibility through ERP utilization

Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
  • Lead structured problem-solving initiatives using:
    • PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) for continuous improvement cycles
    • VSM
    • 5 Whys for root cause identification
    • Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams for process and quality analysis
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Standardizing processes and promoting a culture of operational excellence

Risk & Change Management
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper governance
  • Drive user adoption and change management across departments

Stakeholder Communication
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance metrics
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and alignment meetings
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams

Methodologies
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma (preferred)
  • PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)

Business Strategy, Processes & Administration
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Analyze business requirements (As-Is), design business process and propose Blueprint functional solution for To Be future state.
  • Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow and forms.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Manage third parties on project execution and improvements
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve software problems.
  • Participate in system upgrades, inclusive of end-to-end testing.
  • Develops, coordinates and implements plans to test processes and configuration assuring quality of any additions, changes or deletions to the system.

Based on region, the expected salary range(s) for this position is $101,312.72 - $168.854.53.
