Intern Talent Acquisition Operations

The Intern Talent Acquisition Operations will be willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; has a passion for recruitment; and a willingness to take on new areas of responsibility. The successful candidate will see through multiple projects while working closely with other team members to accomplish project goals.

This position is based onsite at our Waukesha office in Waukesha, WI.

Major Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of campus and emerging talent recruiting programs, including scheduling, logistics, and data tracking for events and candidate interactions.

  • Assist in the development and management of recruitment operations tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate databases, and reporting dashboards.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize workflows and streamline recruiting processes through documentation, templates, and process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a similar field with an expected graduation date of on or after May 2026.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, showing initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Available to work Summer 2026 June - August
