Job Summary: As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize production processes, improve product quality, and reduce costs.
  3. Design experiments, collect data, and perform statistical analysis to validate process improvements and ensure their effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
  6. Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
