What you will do in this Role:

  • Lead the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, bringing together sales, demand, supply, finance, and long-term planning.

  • Facilitate a structured monthly IBP cycle to enable proactive, data-driven decision-making.

  • Align operational execution plans with financial targets to achieve business performance goals.

  • Govern IBP standards, planning calendars, decision forums, and planning governance processes.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to foster agreement on priorities, risks, opportunities, and important business decisions.

  • Act as a reliable consultant to executives, offering consistent high-quality insights and outcomes.

What we are looking for

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven history facilitating effective cross-functional reviews that deliver outcomes.

  • Strong analytical outlook with experience in data analytics, scenario planning, and managing meaningful metrics.

  • Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP, Quintiq, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives to drive organizational outcomes.

  • Exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
