As an Internal Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the Corporate Internal Logistics Manager with optimizing the process of internal logistics of raw materials, parent reels, and finished products from the time of receipt from vendors or internal departments to storage until the time of shipment to customers or sister plants. The Internal Logistics Coordinator will contribute to the training and implementation of warehouse procedures for the local personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Internal Logistics Manager, Site Logistics Manager, Warehouse Supervisors, Coordinators, and third-party automation vendors to identify, evaluate, and implement improvement opportunities within logistics automation processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and develop alternative logistics solutions to optimize material storage, automated material flows, and warehouse efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Production Planning, the Group Internal Logistics Process Manager, and site logistics teams to ensure effective warehouse management of finished products and external warehouses, in alignment with Group procedures and automation standards.
  • Support the Logistics/Warehouse Manager in organizing stock count activities, including coordination with automated warehouse systems where applicable.
  • Provide advanced support to local logistics teams in automation-related troubleshooting, process stabilization, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor monthly inventory data, automation performance indicators, and warehouse process trends to define, implement, and track corrective action plans.
  • Promote a safety-focused culture by ensuring logistics automation activities are performed in accordance with applicable safety standards and operational best practices.
  • Apply corporate policies, principles, values, and standard operating procedures while supporting logistics automation activities and related operational improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, within the scope of the role, with a focus on supporting advanced logistics automation and warehouse process improvement.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering(Industrial, Automation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering) Manufacturing is required
  • 2-5 years' experience in internal logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with drivers, other personnel, customers, and management.
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Required to travel 25% to 50%.
