  • Independently lead stakeholder workshops and current-state assessments to surface pain points and opportunities; prioritize use cases, and define target state process designs

  • Redesign and simplify processes to make them automation/AI-ready by reducing variability, clarifying decision points, and eliminating non-value-added steps

  • Identify and prioritize automation and AI/Gen AI opportunities, defining success measures, feasibility and roadmaps from pilot to scale

  • Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

What do you need to succeed?

  • Self-starter with strong ownership; bias for action and ability to operate independently

  • University degree with 3-5 years of progressive experience in management consulting, process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation roles

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to all organizational levels

  • Strong project management orientation with the ability to independently prioritize work, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain momentum

  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills with the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations

  • Experience with automation, process mining, AI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Pega, Blue Prism etc

  • Exposure to Generative AI and/or agentic AI use cases in a business context, including evaluating suitability, defining use cases, or supporting implementation

  • Advance proficiency in core business tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, or equivalent experience

What's in it for you?

  • Opportunity to work on high-priority transformation initiatives with visibility across DBTS, Corporate, and Canadian Business Units

  • Competitive salary and bonus structure influenced by market range data

  • Joining one of Canadas top 25 companies to work for, as recognized by LinkedIn

  • Flexible Benefits from the day you join to meet the needs of you and your family
