The role involves providing insights that assist the Mainframe Software Division in making informed decisions and presenting these insights to executive leadership. This includes analyzing trends to identify financial and market patterns, examining customer behavior, and assessing operational efficiency. The insights gathered will contribute to the creation of quarterly executive presentations and strategic plans designed to enhance business performance and maintain a competitive edge.


Job Description
General Responsibilities:

  • Clearly share analysis findings and summarize key opportunities for the executive team.

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial analysis presentations for the executive leadership team, including red notes. This involves developing charts and visual aids to support organizational decision-making.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support their business needs while promoting standardization.

  • Manage analysis workstreams by structuring the approach, determining required resources, and establishing an execution timeline while coordinating with various internal clients.

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within field datasets.

  • Generate actionable business insights.

  • Work with product teams to incorporate customer insights into the product development cycle.

  • Partner with data analysts to utilize analytic tools for deeper insights from customer data.

  • Engage with key stakeholders across internal organizations and build relationships with external stakeholders to achieve specific goals and objectives.

  • Identify, document, and implement new business process improvements.

  • Make recommendations for changes to operational policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with customers, finance, and other internal functions to support the coordination of fiscal year planning, attainment setting, and business readiness processes.

  • Work together to provide revenue support, including pipeline analysis.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is$90,000 - 144,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
