Photronics seeking a Manager, IS Business Analysis to lead the Business Analytics function, serving as the strategic link between business stakeholders and Information Systems. This role is responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts while driving enterprise business process improvements, technology enablement, and delivery of high-value business solutions. The Manager partners with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, establish technology roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure projects deliver measurable business value. This position also establishes business analysis methodologies, develops team capability, and promotes consistent requirements management and solution governance across the organization. This role combines people leadership, strategic planning, portfolio management, and business partnership with selective hands‑on engagement in high-priority initiatives.

Location

Brookfield CT Office. This is an on-site position and we are not open to remote candidates at this time.

Travel

Less than 5% travel required. Domestic and international.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of IS Business Analysts, establishing performance expectations and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, prioritize technology initiatives, and align IS solutions with business needs.
  • Oversee the intake, analysis, prioritization, and delivery of business systems initiatives, ensuring projects are appropriately scoped, resourced, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Establish and maintain business analysis standards, methodologies, and governance to ensure consistent requirements management, documentation, and solution quality.
  • Drive business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
  • Provide leadership throughout the system development lifecycle, collaborating with project managers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
  • Monitor project portfolios, risks, resource utilization, and key performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to IS and business leadership.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making by supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on technology capabilities, process optimization, and organizational change.

QUALIFICATIONS:
