About the job:

BCT LLC is seeking Process Engineers to join our team. We are currently seeking Level II and Level III Process Engineers. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and will support System Engineers with process management, process design, and process reviews.

In addition, you will:

  • Apply process improvement, engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes.
  • Facilitate project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives.
  • Coordinate the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
  • Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts.

Required Education:

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

Level II

Ten (10) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.

A Bachelors Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required.

Level III

Fifteen (15) years' experience is required. Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.

A Bachelors Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

Salary Range:

Level II $139,000 - $199,000

Level III $204,000 - $291,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
