Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Engineering Leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Lead Engineering team with project management, program management, and management of engineering/technician staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer, sales, R&D, quality and operations, to ensure project success.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards.

Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience (12 years of related job experience without a degree).
  • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

• Knowledge of ceramic material fabrication, machining, design, CNC programing, and advanced metrology.
