Professional certification in business process management provides you with additional training to inform your work.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Process Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Process Manager, you need expertise in process optimization, project management, and data analysis, usually supported by a relevant degree and experience in operations or business management.
