What The Position is About:

  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new in-home sales representatives
  • Run and improve the company’s sales onboarding and training process
  • Lead new-hire training classes, roleplay sessions, and development meetings
  • Manage the first 90 days of each new rep’s ramp-up period
  • Coordinate ride-alongs, coaching, practice, and certification milestones
  • Track progress, readiness, and performance of new reps
  • Work closely with sales leadership to determine when reps are ready for leads and independent field activity
  • Help reinforce company scripts, sales process, product knowledge, and presentation standards
  • Support lead issuance and early-stage accountability for new reps
  • Identify underperforming reps early and help create development plans
  • Continuously improve training structure, recruiting process, and retention of new hires
  • Source, screen, interview, and help hire qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of sales candidates

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven sales and sales management/training experience within the home improvement industry
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
  • Experience in recruiting, training, onboarding, or developing salespeople
  • Window & roofing experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred
