Job Description The Process Digitalization & Technology Enablement Lead is responsible for accelerating Globe's shift from manual, human-dependent operations to digital-first, data-driven processes. This role ensures that process excellence is powered and sustained by technology through the management of enterprise-wide process tools, automation, AI, and process mining capabilities. The position serves as the strategic bridge between Process Governance & Enablement, Information Systems Group (ISG), and business process owners, ensuring that technology adoption translates into measurable business value, efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.

Key Mandate:

To enable and sustain process excellence through technology, by:

  • Champion Globe's digital-first process ecosystem by integrating technology, automation, and analytics into enterprise process design and execution.

  • Empowering process owners and PEG team to leverage existing digital tools, platforms, and analytics effectively.

  • Embedding technology as a core enabler of process governance, standardization, and compliance.

  • Driving the enterprise adoption of automation, process mining, and AI-enablement practices.

  • Partnering with IT, Enterprise Architecture, and business units to future-proof processes to be digital-first, data-driven, and AI-ready.

  • Promote awareness and enablement to build a culture that embraces digital enablement and process innovation.

Core Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Enablement of Process Governance & Automation

    • Design and institutionalize enablement frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks that equip process owners to embed digital capabilities - including automation, analytics, and dashboards - into their governance routines.

    • Ensure that process standards, ownership, and compliance mechanisms are digitally enabled and sustained through tools such as process repositories, automated workflows, and audit trails.

    • Partner with the Governance & Standards team to align and reinforce governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking through digital platforms.

    • Oversee the usability, accessibility, and integration of process tools in daily operations to drive consistent adoption.

    • Monitor, measure, and report adoption, utilization, and user satisfaction across process owners and practitioners, providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Digital Platform Stewardship

    • Act as the functional owner and steward of enterprise process tools (e.g., process repositories, BPM platforms, process mining dashboards).

    • Partner with ISG to maintain fit-for-purpose, user-friendly, and integrated process management platforms.

    • Monitor adoption, feedback, and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Automation, AI & Data Enablement

    • Establish enablement pathways for process owners to identify and use automation and AI responsibly and effectively working together with ISG, IAG and EDS Teams

    • Drive the integration of data-driven decision-making into process design and management.

    • Build enterprise readiness for AI-enabled process improvement (e.g., predictive insights, intelligent routing, NLP-based workflows).

  • Digital Foresight & Innovation Partnership

    • Continuously scan for emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, digital twins, low-code platforms) that can simplify, accelerate, or elevate process performance.

    • Partner with ISG, Innovation, and business groups to pilot and evaluate new tools that support process governance and agility.

    • Curate and share best practices, case studies, and digital innovation insights with the process community.

  • Capability Building & Adoption

    • Develop and execute enablement programs to build digital fluency among process practitioners and owners.

    • Lead change management and communication efforts to embed digital-first behaviors in process work.

    • Create and maintain playbooks, FAQs, and e-learning modules to accelerate tool adoption and self-sufficiency.

  • Automation & AI Enablement Playbook for process owners.

  • Process Mining Dashboards providing actionable insights.
