The Position
inYou, as Process Lead in the Manufacturing organization, are responsible for overseeing the operational processes to support business goals. You will evaluate the efficiency of workflow procedures to idenfity inconsistencies, and revise techniques to improve deliverables and maximize productivity. You are responsible for training new employees, sharing best practices, and ensuring team members are ready to perform their work. You cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors, guided by Roche operating principles.You have excellent communication and organizational skills and identify opportunities that would drive the business forward.
The Opportunity
This is an essential position supporting the organizational goals, requiring attendance on weekends, holidays, and during emergency or exceptional conditions
  • Maintaining the quality system and achieving our quality objectives. Addresses and escalates any potentially unsafe hazards; ensures audit readiness (OSHA, FAA, FDA, etc.); representing the team during internal audits/inspections.
  • Coordinates, facilitates and provides the time for team members to complete and execute training (e.g. NCRs, OJT, Operating Procedures, Manufacturing Work Instructions).
  • Monitors, reviews, and initiates document changes, including writing new or updating existing work instructions and OPs impacting areas of responsibility
  • Provides 20% to 40% line support to include but not limited to: Receive, material handling, build product/materials, formulate bulk solutions, facilitate material availability, SAP transactions/confirmations and packet review, audit processes, allocate resources and protocol/validations.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively collaborates with peers in other shifts/functions to ensure daily targets are achieved.

Who You Are
  • You hold an Associate's Degree as required, and have 3 years of relevant work experience in GMP environment
  • Experience leading teams or projects is highly desirable
