Job Description
Position: Integration Manager
As the Integration Manager at Forward Air, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and support of B2B integrations. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager who can own and oversee daily integration processes and manages internal and vendor teams in delivering customer facing business critical integrations leveraging EDI and API technologies.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Manage internal and vendor EDI and API teams to deliver new customer onboarding within requested deliverable dates.
  • Manage integration processes to ensure overall health of customer facing integrations.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration related issues reported by customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with various internal IT and business teams to provide the right mix of technology solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for the onboarding engagement and SOP for steady support.
  • Build and provide documentation for customer integration.
  • Provide project status updates and overall onboarding and status visibility to stakeholders.
  • Run performance evaluations for internal and external team including decision on hiring and firing.

Qualifications:
  • 5 + years of experience working in Logistics EDI and API integrations.
  • 5+ years of management experience in managing multiple projects and meeting delivery timelines.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Logistics business.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of data security.
  • Experience working with Cleo, Open Text and Sterling B2B is a plus.
  • Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
