Position Summary

Seeking an individual contributor with Process Integration experience or knowledgeable of multiple unit processes such as Lithography, Etch, Thin Film deposition for example. The scope of the job is 28nm node and above.
The Process Integration Engineering (PIE) team is focused on incoming technology transfer, productization, new product introductions, yield improvement, process margin improvement, cycle time reductions and other KPI improvements.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
Knowledgeable in unit part processes used to fabricate planar MOSFETs and interconnects.
Understands the critical interactions between processes and reasons for applications of materials / chemistries and patterning techniques.
Enhances knowledge of fabrication sensitivities impacting device performance, yield, packaging and reliability.
Duties will include problem solving related to reliability/packaging claims, depressed yield, in line trend shifts, new product introductions(NPI), integration margins and resolving process/integration weaknesses.
Focus on maintaining and improving processes for mass production.
Proven ability to assess KPI gaps and generate and execute improvement plans without significant oversight. Work with process groups when necessary to attain objectives.
Demonstrate total product ownership
Design, execute, and analyze experiments.
Experience with 8D reporting.
Work days and hours: Typically Mon-Fri 8-5 but off hour activities and coverage may be required.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

Bachelor's Degree or higher, in physics, electrical engineering or STEM-related field.

Experience in Yield or Process Integration in semiconductor manufacturing is required.

5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry and Master's is preferred.
Experience with LSI manufacturing processes is strongly preferred.

The current base salary range for this role is between $92,000 - $206,000 Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
