Job description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily monitoring and inspection of critical ENG wafers at different stages of FAB process.
- Support deviation/build request process in document control system.
- Perform hands-on process development and experiment.
- Support MES transactions like hold, release, and move-in/out transactions.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 2+ yrs. experience in the industry.
- Associate or equivalent degree.
Skills
- Knowledge of general semiconductor wafer processing and engineering practices
- In-depth knowledge of unit process
- Knowledge of engineering statistics
- Good written/oral communication skills
- Fluency in MS Office suite as well as JMP or other statistics software
- Familiarity with semiconductor wafer fab operations (Manufacturing Execution System, process, and quality control, change management etc.) in a high-volume manufacturing environment is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment
- Class 100/1000 clean room
Physical Requirements
- Work in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods
- Wear full cleanroom attire (smock, mask, etc.)
- Work with and/or around chemicals (such as solids and acids)
