Job description

Process Improvement Manager

This role will require onsite presence of a minimum of four days per week in the Greater New York City area. Day to day tasks include researching and understanding current processes, managing the project pipeline, facilitating change management, developing and implementing process efficiencies, reporting project performance, managing compliance, and influencing parties of shared interests to reach agreements. The ideal candidate will have a project management background along with process improvement experience, preferably in the AEC industry, corporate interior renovation, or financial client experience. Required skills include advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware, extensive organizational skills, and leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
