Velaz Solar & Roofing is looking for motivated Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team in New Jersey.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to start or grow a career in sales while representing different types of home improvement services, including solar, roofing, and other residential solutions for homeowners.
No solar or roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to learn how to speak with homeowners, present solutions, handle objections, and build a successful career in sales.
We are looking for people who are coachable, motivated, professional, and excited to grow in a performance-based sales environment.
What You'll Do
  • Speak with homeowners about home improvement services
  • Learn how to present solar, roofing, and residential service solutions
  • Help identify customer needs and explain available options
  • Follow up with leads, appointments, and customer opportunities
  • Build trust with homeowners through professional communication
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer information and sales activity
  • Work with the team to meet weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and team development
