Job Summary

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of company operations and administrative processes.

The Executive Business Partner manages complex calendars, prepares reports and presentation materials, and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to assigned executives, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and expense processing.

Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal meetings and leadership briefings.

Coordinate logistics for department-wide or cross-functional events and meetings.

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and internal communications.

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.

Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams or external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

Perform administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, purchase orders, and records management.

Recommend and implement improvements to administrative workflows and systems.

The pay range for this position is between $90,000 to $115,000 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience. This range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Boston Dynamics offers a generous Benefits package including medical, dental vision, 401(k), paid time off and a annual bonus structure.
