Job Description

One of our direct client is looking for IT Business Analyst-Green Belt OR Black Belt Certification detail is as follows:

Qualifications

Requirements BS in a technical or business discipline Experience with extracting data from ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) or BI tools (Business Objects, Business Warehouse, etc.) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Statistical Software (MINITAB, JMP, or other) Ability to perform data validation, analysis and modeling (root cause analysis, behavioral analysis) and present complex and customized analytic findings (in a clear fashion) Green Belt Certified (including at least 1 completed project) OR Black Belt Certified (including at least 1 completed project) Process Excellence Consultant: Above plus... Advanced skill level in meeting preparedness and facilitation Ability to communicate with and make presentations to all levels of leadership Build cross functional relationships to drive strategic discussions and continuous improvement Professional experience in taking a project from Define to Control, including active collaboration and coordination of all applicable resources to achieve goals As a process excellence consultant, you will do the same and drive select projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Support other Process Excellence Managers with data mining, analysis, and visualization Map and create workflows of current business processes Analyze data and develop useful metrics to measure impact of process and system changes, as well as aid in leadership decision making Offer proposals to improve processes by leveraging people and/or technology Prototype linkages between existing systems to assist with workflow implementation or business case development for system changes Process Excellence Consultant: Above plus... Collaborate with teams throughout the company to formulate and define project scope and objectives based on business needs Develop a project plan for implementing improvements and monitoring the new process to ensure it works as intended Lead/Manage process improvement initiatives: analyze current situation, understand desired state and performance gaps, understand root causes and propose solutions, test and execute solutions, monitor results and sustain. Communicate changes to all affected areas of the business Desired Skills: Experience with transactional process improvement in a commercial environment (beyond just manufacturing, supply chain, and operations) Strong affinity for data drive decision making and making data visual / easy to consume Demonstrated ability to design and implement workflows in SharePoint or similar tool
