Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing the engineering team to deliver high-quality products, systems, and solutions. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to oversee project execution, support team development, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee engineering projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, production, quality, and leadership
  • Establish and maintain engineering standards, processes, and best practices
  • Review and approve designs, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
