Alutiiq Solutions, LLC is excited to offer an incredible opportunity in an administrative role providing dedicated support to the OPIR Flight Sustainment Team. In this role at Peterson Space Force Base, you will establish and maintain efficient processes, manage data, and ensure seamless workflows across Integrated Product teams and sustainment functions. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sustainment activities through rigorous process development and data management.

The Logistics Support position will: Process Development & Standardization: Design, document, and implement repeatable frameworks, including processes, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency in: Requirements and change order management, ensuring seamless integration and regulatory compliance. Lifecycle administration actions for OPIR systems, fostering streamlined oversight and operational effectiveness.

Sustainment data management and reporting, promoting accuracy, accessibility, and informed decision-making. Standardized workflows across all sustainment activities, driving consistency, reliability, and process alignment Data Management & Reporting: Manage and maintain data integrity within key government information systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with operational requirements, including: LIONS (Logistics Information Network Operating System) REMIS (Reliability and Maintainability Information System) IMDS/GO81 (Integrated Maintenance Data System) Confluence (Team Workspace) JETDAS (Joint Engineering Data Management Information System) ETIMS (Engineering Technical Information Management System) Other relevant systems as required. Meeting & Communication Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes taking, and action item tracking.

Assist in preparing presentations, briefings, and other communication materials. Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain organized and accessible electronic and physical files for all sustainment-related documentation. Ensure compliance with document control procedures and data security protocols.

Integrated Product Support (IPS) Element Support Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sustainment metrics, performance indicators, and other relevant data, providing actionable insights and decision support as needed for all listed tasks. Facilities & Infrastructure: Ensure comprehensive documentation management for permanent and semi-permanent real property assets supporting OPIR systems, maintaining accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. IT Systems Continuous Support: Manage records for software licenses, support agreements, and maintenance contracts for OPIR-related IT systems.

Maintenance Planning & Management: Support the development and timely submission of maintenance reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with operational requirements for tracking maintenance needs and activities. Packaging, Handling, Storage, & Transportation (PHS&T): Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) requirements and procedures, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory standards. Supply Support: Support Government Furnished Property (GFP) management, including but not limited to such tasks as documentation and tracking, data entry, and record keeping.

Support Equipment: Maintain records and documentation for all equipment (mobile and fixed) supporting OPIR system operation and maintenance. Sustaining Engineering: Provide expert support in tracking and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 Depot Maintenance, Configuration Management, and Data Management issues, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Verifying contractor inputs to ensure data integrity and adherence to established standards.

Managing case receipt and resolution, facilitating timely issue identification and resolution. Performing precise data entry into designated Government Information Systems (GIS) to maintain comprehensive records. Executing additional assigned tasks on a case-by-case basis to support operational continuity and effectiveness.

Technical Data Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing engineering data, specifications, and standards.Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Ability to get and maintain a Secret level Clearance.
