Sensus, a Xylem brand, seeks to hire an Account Development Manager who will be responsible for direct and distribution channel sales of company products or services in the Mid-Atlantic (DE, NJ, Eastern MD, Long Island, NY)territory. The Account Development Manager handles all aspects of sales to prospective and current customers, provides technical and administrative product information, is responsible for produce presentation/demonstration, manages the distribution channel and is responsible for all pricing and quotations. The primary focus of this role will be drivingnew account sales of 2-way wireless water AMI networksto new name accounts. The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving territory growth objectives, maximizing annual sales and profitability, and developing and executing strategic sales plans in coordination with local distributor partners.

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 plus incentive.Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
