What you'll do
  • Respond quickly and effectively to high volumes of inbound marketing leads, including trial sign-ups, demo requests, webinar attendees, and website chats.
  • Qualify inbound leads through active listening and discovery calls, understanding customer pain points and aligning them with New Relic's solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and AEs to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Manage and organize your pipeline diligently, ensuring strict adherence to lead response SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene.
  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics, including qualified meetings booked and pipeline contribution, while delivering a stellar, frictionless customer experience.

This role requires
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume outbound prospecting role.
  • Grit, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • A passion for sales, with aspirations to grow into a closing role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage prospects at all levels.
  • Comfort with cold calling and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and tailor messaging effectively.

Bonus points if you have
  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Linkedin, 6sense and sequencing tools.
