About the Position

Join the Materials & Process Engineering (M&P) Composites Team supporting Gulfstream's fleet of business aircraft. The M&P Composites organization is responsible for developing, qualifying, and supporting advanced composite materials and manufacturing processes used throughout Gulfstream aircraft structures.

As a Collegiate Associate, you will work alongside engineers supporting composite materials used in primary and secondary aircraft structures. Responsibilities may include laboratory testing, process development, material characterization, manufacturing support, engineering investigations, and qualification activities.

Composite material testing and evaluation
Mechanical property characterization
Material qualification and certification support
Composite manufacturing process development
Root cause investigations and failure analysis
Engineering documentation and technical report generation
Production and supplier support activities
Data analysis and test result interpretation

The team collaborates closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Structural Analysis, Research & Development, and Operations to ensure the successful implementation of composite technologies across Gulfstream programs.
