Location: Cleveland, OH, Buffalo, Kansas City, NY and Albany, NY

Tax Term (W2, C2C): W2 /C2C

Job Brief: Collaborate directly with line of business partners to analyze business processes, determine improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using platforms, including but not limited to, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code, Process Mining, IDP and other technologies. Develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Define requirements for new automation features and enhancements that are consistent with strategic priorities.
  • Participates in the design process to ensure it supports business requirements and an optimized user experience.
  • Owns the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more components of an environment, application, or platform.
  • Thorough End to End testing of automated solutions
  • Provides support, root cause analysis, and debugging for a specific automation or tool to meet SLA.
  • Participates in the overall health, performance, and availability and actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
  • Embraces mentorship and training from senior engineers.
  • Communicate with broad, deep and diverse audiences, including peers, technology & business partners
  • Provides continuous improvement ideas to reduce expenses and/or improve efficiency.
  • Applies recommended information security standards when developing code and seeks to validate.
  • Contributes to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code
  • Identifies potential standards and best practices.
  • Ensures compliance with CoE standards, security, risk, and change management

Required Qualifications:

  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree and/or Technical Bootcamp or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of RPA using Automation Anywhere
  • Software Development experience.
  • Passion for technology and learning new tools and frameworks based upon project work.
  • A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with a commitment to delivering on aggressive deadlines.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop problem solving skills.
  • A basic understanding of quality assurance practices.
